周 婧，硕士生导师，js金沙优惠活动大厅申请技术经济与管理系助理教授、特别副研究员，js金沙优惠活动大厅申请房地产研究工作室成员。博士毕业于荷兰阿姆斯特丹大学社会与行为科学学院。主要研究方向：住房政策与福利制度，城镇化与流动人口社会融合，住房市场与住房保障体系，流动人口住房行为，土地政策与农户土地利用行为等。指导研究生方向：乡村数字经济、乡村旅游发展、农民工创业与增收、老年人金融投资等。
